Truck Scale - Training - Level 2 - Maintenance

This training is aimed at maintenance personnel and is strongly focused on the theoretical and practical handling of truck scales, large platform scales or coil scales.
It provides basic knowledge and understanding in the field of measuring and weighing technology.
Learn how a load cell works and how to interpret the sensor data sheet correctly. An experienced practitioner will teach you what is important when installing load cells. Among other things, you will be able to assess and evaluate metrological results and learn systematic methods for fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.

During the weighing electronics session, understanding of the equipment is trained and includes:

• Basic operating functions and menu tree
• Parameters
• Adjustments
• Error events
• Safety instructions
• Typical wear & spare parts
• Maintenance
• Troubleshooting

The training takes place in Darmstadt and includes lunch.

This training includes the following main parts:

• Static weighing technology (truck scales, platform and coil scales)
• Weighing mechanics
• Load cell; distribution box
• Electrical setup and wiring from the load cell to the weighing electronics
• DISOMAT Tersus weighing electronics
• DISOPLAN software
• Functional setup and troubleshooting
• Each participant then receives a certificate
